1. Responsibilities
- Working with the executive team, such as MKT Director or CEO, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
- Be vast and can include other areas of communication such as advertising, PR, and events management.
- Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
- Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
- Building and delivering content and social media plans.
- Looking after the budget of the department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
- Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and POSMs.
- Propose the new strategy changing, risk management, communication crisis solutions… to improve the MKT system.
- Responsible for the content for all publications, posts, products of the center.
2. Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism, Communication…
- Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in communication, academic, specialized…
- Microsoft Office efficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point…).
- Good business presentation, negotiation, problem-solving skills…
- Proven experience in identifying target customers and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Having at least 02 year experience in PR – Marketing about education-related field.
