Time and place
According to the schedule, how does the IB exam take place? It will be held in May and students can register for the exam right at the school they are attending. However, if your school does not have the subjects you need to register, it is best to ask IB Co-ordinator to help me apply for another school that offers that subject.

According to the rules, the IB exam does not allow candidates to freely register to take the exam, only students who are attending international schools licensed to teach IB are eligible to register.

In addition, if students want to improve their scores in subjects that do not achieve the desired score, they should retake 1-2 subjects or up to 3 subjects with the maximum number of resit 3 times (excluding the test official). On the issue of resit, there will be two exams for students:
- The first session is in May, students should register in advance on January 29 to save money on exam fees. If you register after January 29, the exam fee may increase. The registration deadline is April 15.
- If a student misses the first resit, the second one will take place in November. In order to save on exam costs, students should register in advance on July 29, and register after July 29. The exam can be increased. The registration deadline is October 15.
Exam results will be announced on January 3 every year.

However, according to new information from the official IBO website, the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak could affect the timing. The exam must be canceled in May for candidates who register for the DP and CP exams from April 30 to May 22. They will be updated on how does the IB exam takes place with the earliest information in the near future.
